Balancing social life, lectures, assignments and personal study was very tough for me. I always struggle to keep up with others until I discovered the right AI tools that are so powerful to assist in every area of my studies.

Why I Turned to AI on Campus.

I was average student at higher school but when I entered university, for the first year, it was normal but the moment I entered second year, I was always behind on deadlines, and I even suffer to follow some lessons into details which has resulted my poor performance. I did not even dream of using any AI tool because I first thought I am not a tech expert to be able to use those AI tool on the internet.

One day I met a friend of mine who I used to assist in Higher School, he was helping his colleagues in their assignments, and I was amazed and later on I had one on one meeting with him before I realized the power of AI. He told me that I didn’t need to be a tech expert to be able to us AI to simplify my lectures, just need the right tools.

It also summarizes notes and texts, and it is available 24/7.

Quizlet AI – This AI art like a real tutor. It can chat with you and ask you questions based on your understanding. When you get any questions wrong, it explains the correct answer in a way that helps you understand the problem better. It supports multiple subjects. It generates flashcards from your notes or textbooks.

Notion AI- this software can take the content of your notes or textbooks and generate clear summarized one for quick review and you can even ask Notion AI a question from your notes, and it will give relevant answer based on your note’s content. It also supports multilingual which can help translate entire lectures, notes or textbooks and clarify content in your preferred language. It can automate repetitive works like to-do list, meeting notes and project templates using simple prompts.

Grammarly AI – This AI tool help me especially when I generated some assay with ChatGPT to ensure that my work is original by checking it against millions of web pages. It also gives suggestions as you type, so you can improve your writing skills at spot. It recommends better word choice in writing to avoid repetition.

Khanmigo AI – It uses teaching techniques that help to think deeper and develop critical thinking. Unlike other chatbots, Khanmigo is developed to focus only on education and built to support safe and positive learning interactions. It can prepare you for upcoming standard exam by explaining questions and guiding you through materials step-by-step.

Otter.ai – This AI is great in speaker identification in sense that it can labels different speakers in group discussion, making it easy to follow individual speakers by their voices. It is also good in transcriptions, highlighting, and syncing with slides, for instance if a tutor share slides, I sync them with my recording, so the transcript matches the presentation.

How AI Tools Help Me Save Time at Campus

AI tools are very fast and efficient and effective in solving educational problems. Voice – to – text AI tools like Otter.ai can turn lectures to notes within a second. Some like Notion AI can be used to summarize class notes or reading automatically and also helps students organize assignments and beat deadlines effectively. Khanmigo AI can test you based on your notes and even give you suggestions instantly during practices to save from going through the whole notes. Quizlet AI can be used to generate flashcards from notes or textbooks for faster studying.

Those tools have help me to reduce wasted time by streamlining task, cutting out busywork, and keep me focused during the study time. It turns hours of manual effort into minutes of efficient learning within a limited time.

How AI Reduces My Stress at Campus

AI like ChatGPT and Khanmigo walk me through my notes and provide best explanations and answers to some past questions. They actually give me confident to study on my own even when lectures are not around. I was able to use them to break big assessments into smaller, understandable step which will be easy to follow.

It especially helps me to reduce decision fatigue and making poor planning, for instead, AI app like ChatGPT can be used for budgeting, to-do lists, personal life plans and even guide me to choose the best future professional programs for further study.

At first, I got confused and be struggling when looking for help but as I found AI tools, I get answers right away preventing the buildup of stress or helplessness when stuck. Tools like Notion AI and Khan Academy helped to learn at my own pace, avoiding the pressure of keeping up with others thereby reducing burnout and over thinking which at times always almost cause me mental health problem.

Limitations and How I Avoid Overusing AI at Campus

Modern educational technologies like AI are very helpful tools for success in any educational programs but it must be used wisely to avoid copy work. AI should be used as assist tutor, not total replacement of human brain.

The use of AI in education raises concerns about plagiarism and academic honesty which must be given attention when I AI tools is being used. While AI tools can help in learning efficiently, there is a risk that students may submit AI-generated content as their own without adding human touch to the content, and which can violate academic integrity policies.

Balancing AI´s support with personal effort promotes responsible learning and upholds academic values. I use AI as a personal assistant.

Always double check to AI-generated contents to reduce the rate of plagiarism and copy word.

AI tools have not made me the most brilliant student, but rather more productive, less stressed and more confident in all my academic works.

linear equations involving fractions can look confusing at first, but they follow the same basic steps as regular linear equations. with just a few extra tricks in this post, we will break down how to solve these types of equations step-by-step, using clear examples and explanations in both video and pdf files. whether you are preparing for SAT, WASSCE, OR BSSCE final examination or just brushing up for your mathematics skills, this guide will help you understand and master fractional linear equations with ease. when the equation includes fractions, we call it a linear equation with fractions.

Steps to solve linear equations involving fractions:

Example;

Find the truth set of \[\frac{1}{5}(4x-1)=\frac{1}{3}(2x+1)\]

1. Find the lowest common multiples of all denominators in the equation. this will then clear the equation of fraction and then proceed.

the lowest common multiple of 5 and 3 is 15 since 5 and 3 can divide 15 perfectly

2. Multiply the L.C.M of the denominators by every term to eliminate the denominators of the fractions.

\[ 15 \times \frac{1}{5}(4x-1)=15 \times \frac{1}{3}(2x+1)\] the denominator 15/5 = 3 and the second denominator 15/3 = 5. Therefore multiple first bracket by 3 and second bracket by 5

3. Clear the equations of the bracket (if any) by multiplying the any variable or number outside a bracket.

\[3(4x-1)=5(2x+1)\]

4. Grouping like terms- let same variables be one side of the equation and the numbers too one side.

\[12x-3 = 10x + 5\] Subtracting 10x from both sides and addinG 3 to both sides \[12x-3-10x+3=10x+5-10x+3\] \[2x=8\]

5. Find the value of the letter (variable) in the equation by simplifying both side of the equation.

\[\frac{2x}{2}=\frac{8}{2}\] 2 cancel 2 and 2 enter 8, 4 times Therefore x=4

1. \[\frac{x-1}{2}+3x=10\] Since the equation has only one fraction, use the denominator of the fraction to multiple each term in the equation. \[2\times\frac{x-1}{2}+2(3x)=2×10\] Multiple each term by 2 to clear of the fraction part. \[(x-1)+6x=20\] Multiple the bracket by 1 \[x-1+6x=20\] Grouping like terms. Add 1 to both sides. \[x-1+6x+1=20+1\] \[7x=21\] Divide both sides by 7 \[\frac{7x}{7}=\frac{21}{7}\] Therefore \[x=3\] Question.2 \[4:(x+5)=1:2\]

Step 1

since the equation is in the form of ratio, and the ratio can be written as fraction.

Thus; \[\frac{4}{x+5}=\frac{1}{2}\] Step.2

Find the L.C.M of x+5 and 2

Taking 2(x+5) as the LCM is perfect because all the 28 denominators, 2 and x+5 can divide (enter) 2(x+5) perfectly.

Step.3

Multiply each fraction in the equation by 2(x+5). \[2(x+5)\times\frac{4}{(x+5}=2(x+5)\times\frac{1}{2}\] Using the denominator of each fraction to divide the L.C.M 2(x+5). \[2(4)=1(x+5)\] \[8=x+5\] Grouping like terms, subtract 5 from the both sides of the equation. \[8-5=x+5-5\] \[3=x\] Therefore x=3
